Wespath Institutional Investments (WII) is a nonprofit subsidiary of Wespath Benefits and Investments. Tracing its roots back to 1908, Wespath and its subsidiaries maintain one of the largest faith-based pension funds in the world and manage nearly $26 billion in assets as of December 31, 2024. WII provides OCIO services exclusively to nonprofit organizations.

Wespath administers benefit plans and together with its subsidiaries, UMC Benefit Board, Inc. (“UMCBB”) and Wespath Institutional Investments LLC (“WII”), invests (or provides back-office services for) assets on behalf of benefit plan participants and beneficiaries, plan sponsors and other institutions controlled by, associated with or related to The United Methodist Church (the “Church”). UMCBB serves as the administrative trustee and fund manager for the P Series funds. WII serves as the administrative trustee and fund manager for the I Series funds. WII manages the I Series of funds and provides institutional investment services through shared and tenured Wespath Benefits and Investments investment team members.
WII provides investment services to companies organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, benevolent, fraternal, charitable, or reformatory purposes, and to certain pooled investment vehicles maintained by such companies (collectively, "Charitable Organizations"). WII is not registered as an investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the "Advisers Act"), or under any comparable local, state or federal law or statute, in reliance on exemptions from such registration available to investment advisers to such Charitable Organizations.
